Renovated Spanish Mill House with Private Pool near Valencia

Escape to our beautifully renovated traditional mill house, tucked away in the peaceful countryside just inland from Valencia. Surrounded by 16,000 m² of private land, it’s the perfect place to slow down, enjoy nature and experience a more authentic side of Spanish life.

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is especially suited to couples and families looking for space, privacy and tranquillity. To preserve the peaceful character of our home and surroundings, we do not accept bookings from groups of friends.

Outside, you’ll have your own private swimming pool, a spacious garden and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There is also a trampoline for the kids. The property is surrounded by a variety of fruit trees and, depending on the season, you may even be able to pick fresh fruit straight from the garden.

Although the house feels wonderfully secluded, you’re only around 2 km from a typical Spanish pueblo, where you’ll find everything you need for your stay, including supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and bars.

The vibrant city of Valencia is approximately 30 km away, making it easy to combine peaceful days at the house with sightseeing, shopping and dining in the city. Several beautiful Mediterranean beaches are also within easy driving distance.

A car is highly recommended, both for getting to the house and for exploring the surrounding countryside, villages, beaches and Valencia.

This is our own family home, not a purpose-built holiday rental, which gives it a warm and personal character. We have carefully renovated the old mill house while preserving the atmosphere that makes it such a special place to us.

Our two cats also live on the property, so guests should be comfortable having cats around. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guest pets.

The house is strictly non-smoking. Parties and events are not permitted.
