Check-in time is 1pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors but welcome on balconies outside.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

- There is limited parking facilities on the premises at a small fee but also free public parking lower down the same road, if we are fully booked.

There is also a tourist tax of 1.33 per person per night as per legal requirements to guests over 18 years old, payable in cash, with parking bay if requested.
