Situated on the main high street in Barmouth, just one street away from the beach, this three-bedroom house provides a laid-back seaside retreat for family or groups of friends looking to slow down the pace and unwind. You’ll find your own private access off the high street to the side of the property, so you can stroll down to one of the independent coffee bars for breakfast or enjoy dinner in one of the many restaurants. The house features a large, open-plan living and dining area which is full of natural light thanks to the big windows. The contemporary kitchen offers everything you need so everyone can get stuck in with preparing dinner. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms - two double, and a twin. The two bathrooms boast walk-in showers, and one has a luxurious freestanding bath tub, offering you the best of both worlds when it comes time to rinse off the day and unwind. These are arranged between the second and third floors, making the space on the first floor the heart of the house.
Llety Clyd is a great base for a holiday in Barmouth, whether you just want to sit back and relax on some of the best beaches in Wales or fancy a bit more exploring. There are many walks to enjoy nearby, with the Panorama Walk very close, as well as the Barmouth Bridge, where you can walk or cycle over to the Mawddach Valley, and over to Fairbourne.
For more coastal fun, there’s Harlech, where more sandy beaches await you, alongside the renowned Harlech Castle and the esteemed golf club of Royal St. David’s. Porthmadog, Portmeirion, and Dolgellau are all worth a day trip too. Whatever you choose to do in Barmouth, the wonderful Llety Clyd will be the highlight of your stay.
