We absolutely loved this place. The view from the second story balcony was incredible. We spent many hours on the screen in porch watching the golfers, birds and alligators. We felt very much at home here. We didn’t want to leave. I would definitely rent this home again.

Bright, Spacious Rental with Perfect Location

This property has a great open floor plan, with lots of natural light, spacious bedrooms and lots of dresser/closet space. The location is perfect....situated on a golf course, with access to pool, beach and great restaurants/shops. The property comes with bikes which is nice for riding to the beach. My family really enjoyed sitting on the covered porch with views of the water way. The property really has everything you need, from kitchen supplies, to washer/dryer, towels, linens, pillows, etc. The home is clean, cared for, and just a wonderful vacation rental!!

Sawgrass home!

The property was lovely and we really enjoyed watching a couple of gators in the lagoon through the screened in porch. A quite and well kept townhome. Thank you Stephanie!!

Beautiful condo

The condo is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has all well stocked. Very peaceful overlooking the pond and golf course. Owners were provided great service.

Perfect Place!

We had the most wonderful time here! Beautiful and spacious condo! The layout was perfect for our family. Everything was clean, well equipped and ready for us. The location was fantastic! We loved riding bikes throughout the community to the pool and beach. Stephanie was so helpful with getting everything set up for us and providing us with information about Sawgrass and the surrounding area.

Lovely place to vacation

The Sawgrass Condo was very comfortable. It has plenty of room for the family to enjoy, comfortable furniture and a kitchen that is easy to use. I found this location to be convenient to everything we wanted to do in Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville (great restaurants and shopping). I was able to walk the area with my puppy and enjoy the outside. The weather for us was ideal. People in the community were friendly and nice to talk with. I truly enjoyed every minute we were there.
