The family room is generously sized, filled with coastal character and natural light that keeps the mood easy from morning through evening. Ceiling fans circulate the air, and the relaxed atmosphere carries from room to room. The enclosed sunroom is the centerpiece - a fully glassed-in space where ocean views stay with you from the first cup of coffee through the quiet of the afternoon, offering a front-row seat to the Atlantic without ever stepping outside.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms are arranged across the condo to give different groups the flexibility they need, with four beds in total. Each room is set up for genuine rest, with cotton bed linens and ceiling fans keeping things comfortable through the night.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is well-equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, stainless steel single oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware are all provided, and a dining table gives the whole group a dedicated place to gather and eat together.
 
Comfort & convenience
Central air conditioning and central heating keep the condo dialed in regardless of what the weather is doing outside. A 50-inch HDTV, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace cover entertainment and any lingering work needs. In-unit washer and dryer, towels, bed linens, hangers, and an iron round out the essentials - pack for the beach, not the logistics.
 
Outdoor living & beach access
Your private entrance opens directly to the beach, putting the shoreline as close as it gets. After time in the water, the outdoor shower is right there to rinse off before heading back in - or out to the patio or balcony to take in the view. Beach essentials are on hand to complete your time by the water.
 
Parking & location
Two garage parking spaces are included on premises at no additional cost - no circling the block, no meters. Ponte Vedra Beach surrounds the condo with easy access to local dining, shopping, and the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, while staying quiet and unhurried enough to feel like a proper escape.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
