We have the perfect apartment for your next vacation in Dénia! It is located in a perfect area, a step away from La Marineta Casiana Beach, the Dénia Marina and the city center. In addition, it is in a perfect urbanization for families, with a swimming pool (for both adults and children), jacuzzi, paddle tennis court and community garden. It even has its own underground parking space so you don't have to worry about the car!
The apartment is super comfortable and spacious. It is on the second floor and has an elevator. It has two double bedrooms (one with a 150 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds), two complete bathrooms with a shower, an independent kitchen, a living-dining room and a large terrace with a table, chairs, chill-out and awnings so you can enjoy meals outdoors. In addition, it is equipped with everything you may need, such as centralized hot-cold air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, television, Wi-Fi....
The Sueños del Mar II urbanization is located in the Club Náutico area, just 150 meters from the beach and the La Marineta Casiana promenade, near the marina with lots of restaurants and leisure areas, and only 600 meters from the center of Dénia.
