Spend an unforgettable vacation in these beautiful townhouses located 50 meters from the beach of Calafell!
Each house has four double bedrooms: on the upper floor we find a suite with bathroom and private terrace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the main floor we have a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In addition, we also find the living-dining room that connects with the previous terrace and the kitchen. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The parking box under the house connects directly to the house (maximum height: 1,90m).
The communal area has two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children, as well as being surrounded by natural grass.*The photos associated with this property are provided for informational purposes and some details of the decoration may vary between the different villas of this residence.
Don't want to be separated from your pet during your vacation? No problem! You can bring it with you ON REQUEST and respecting the rules of the resort:- Pets are not allowed in the pool area.- They must be supervised at all times.- It is not allowed to walk with them within the enclosure of the community.- Dogs that fall into the PPP category are not allowed.
