The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer, woodburning stove and Bluetooth radio, and a shared, external utility with washer/dryer. There is also a double bedroom, and a shower room. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture, Hot Tub and lakeside views, along with off-road parking for one car. This is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved dog by prior arrangement at a supplement. Smart TV. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Kingfisher is a delightful base for a romantic break to the Warwickshire countryside. Note: The property is located on a working farm. Note: The parking space is accessed via a farm track. Note: This is an adult-only property and sorry, no stag/hen parties or similar. Note: Note: Guests will park up in the allocated area, before travelling on foot across the field, towards the lodge. Town: A huge and charming community, Dunchurch can be found in Warwickshire, just outside of Rugby. The town has a number of useful services, such as the friendly pub The Dun Cow, the delicious restaurants Huntsman Carvery, Malancha, and Cinnamon Lounge, as well as a number of takeaways for those times when you feel like staying in and ordering some food. Visit Rugby to enjoy a greater range of services and attractions, such as the Rugby Art Gallery and Museum, the excellent Rugby Golf Club, Caldecott Park for a picnic, and a number of restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Keep going to Coventry, where you can see a stunning cathedral, learn about the area's past at the Coventry Transport Museum and the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, and enjoy a live performance at the Belgrade Theatre/Coventry Hippodrome. Warwick is a bit further away and features a Michelin-starred restaurant and a Michelin-starred museum, among other things, including the world-famous Warwick Castle and the Warwick Racecourse.
