York (30 minute drive/20 mins to nearest Park & Ride bus at McArthur Glen), Leeds, Beverley, Hull, Doncaster, Selby are all less than an hours drive away. Drax 20 mins. Bridlington is 1 hour away. Ideally situated for work/holiday. 3 cottages are available, 1 is listed here.
George's Gaff is 1 of 3 self catering cottages situated on our arable farm.
Upstairs galleried bedroom with comfy king size bed. Downstairs twin bedroom. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with tv and sofa and a small breakfast bar table (see photos). The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.
Patio doors open from the downstairs living area with stunning views across the farm. Each cottage has its own garden with a picnic table and an all weather blackboard. In front of the cottages there is a large grassed area. Perfect for children to run around or the grown ups to play football! There is also plenty of tarmac for children to play.

There are fishing lakes and golf courses close by. The beautiful market town Howden is just 10 minutes away. York is 30 minutes away.
Wi-Fi is free, towels, bedding and hairdryers are provided. A few basics to get you started are also included (washing up liquid, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablet).
Grange Farm Cottages are an ideal base for a holiday. We are also very well located for business/contract workers. Howden, Brough, Selby, Doncaster, Goole and Drax power station are all close by.
Travel cot available to hire. Highchair and children's indoor toys are available on request.

Other things to note
We are a working arable farm. No livestock but there will be tractors working in the fields sometimes.
We do have CCTV in operation for the farm and cottages.
