The apartment is located in a private residence located at 17 Edith Cavell Street, the most central location in the epicenter of Cannes, close to Rue d’Antibes and tons of bars, restaurants, and shops : La Croisette, Palais des Festivals and the beach are accessible at a short walking distance too.

This 5th floor apartment boasts unobstructed sea views and has a large living room, dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen of 20m2. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and an independent toilet. The apartment also has a small terrace accessible from the master bedroom, and an underground parking that can safely accommodate a car.

The apartment was fully refreshed in February 2025, it is furnished for seasonal rentals (conferences or holidays with family or friends). We also provide a desk and a comfortable chair for digital nomads or remote workers seeking a home-away-from-home.

The apartment is very close to the center of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).

Once you are in front of the residence, the garage will be accessible by a lift. The apartment is on the fifth floor of the building on the right-hand side. The residence has a secured entrance.
