A fantastic Grade II listed townhouse arranged over 3 floors.
3 Double bedrooms beautifully furnished, luxury family bathroom and study area downstairs in the basement.
A private garden complete this Georgian house with furniture for 6 people.
Great for those afternoons in the Summer months.

As you enter, guests are greeted with a lovely entrance hall leading to dining room with seating for 6 people. The separate kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the pretty rear landscaped garden is fully functional with all amenities' and cooking utensils to enjoy home cooked meals after a long day of exploring. Lower ground floor has utility area with washing machine and separate dryer. Study/exercise area leading to large double bedroom with built in wardrobes. On the first floor there is a beautiful living area with high ceiling which has fantastic views of South Parks. Luxury family bathroom with large walk in shower, bath and double sink. On the top floor there is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room and a further good sized double bedroom. The pretty rear garden has a patio area with outside dining table and chairs for 6 and rear access which is great if hiring bikes.
