The Sharing Co - Ribera de Curtidores building has an ideal location for lovers of history and tradition as it is situated in the heart of Madrid, an area of primary interest for its extensive history and streets full of identity traditions of the city.



Ribera Curtidores Street is known for being the main thoroughfare of El Rastro, the most famous open-air market in Spain's capital that takes place every Sunday and holiday. At El Rastro you can find multiple curious objects, furniture, vintage items and even collector's pieces, almost impossible to find in regular stores. You will be staying in the midst of the history and cultural identity of Madrileños.



But that's not all. The Centro district is the oldest and most historic district in the city, so it hosts the main points of interest in the city such as Plaza España, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Cathedral of the Almudena and many more. You will stay in a typical Madrid area where each of its streets tells a story that envelops and captivates you. It has a wide cultural and gastronomic offer.

For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:

1. You will need to sign a rental contract

2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You will need to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 125 EUR.

4. Please note that every Sunday from 9:00 to 15:00 the street in front is closed to make room for the flea market: El Rastro.
