Pre arrival instructions were very good, full information about every appliance and the safe etc.When we entered the property the same instructions were printed out and showed the safe number and how to set the alarm, so both pointless in using them. Also the alarm was plugged into a normal socket.Kitchen utensils were poor and worn, handles on the pans were loose, only 4 of everything, no spare, kitchen cupboards and drawers all worn out and badly repaired.Shower had good pressure but only enough hot water for one person, we had to wait one hour for it to reheat for the next person, I don’t know how 4 people would cope with the lack of hot water.The place smelled damp and there is signs of damp in all wardrobes and bathrooms, not healthy.No heating provided, only one air con unit gave out heat in the bedroom.We paid for the welcome pack at 49 and we added up what was purchased for us and it came to about 10, so not value for money.The villa dated and not as the pictures shown in the advert, we will not use this host again or any of their other properties.
