This 1240 square foot Two Bedroom Condo fully upgraded awaits you at the Gated Southwind with a balcony that overlooks the exquisite white sands and exceptional ocean view of the most sought after Non Drive-on section of New Smyrna Beach.

The two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom a Queen with twin bunk beds.

The Southwind Paradise includes beach front private pool, sundeck area with lounge chairs, shuffleboard, tennis and basketball courts. It has private outdoor bathrooms and an outdoor grill area.

Condo is updated and immaculate, fully furnished including TV, DVD, Wireless Internet and Washer & Dryer. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are there awaiting your enjoyment. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a great beach vacation.

The city offers numerous outdoor recreational activities for all ages, including scuba diving, swimming, golfing, sailing, and fishing. Thee are also a variety of cultural activities, such as theater, concerts, festivals, and museums. The historic downtown area, near Canal Street and Flagler Avenue, is a popular place to find unique shops, excellent restaurants, and a vibrant nightlife.

There is a large recreation lounge on the top floor where you can just sit and watch TV, play cards, play pool or even ping pong. Or look out at the amazing sunset.

Best of all

The condo was the best we stayed in on the west coast and the east. We liked the whole complex well cared for and clean. The only cons we have was the lack of easy chairs to sit in. Also the lack on safety rails in the showers. We plan to come back next summer the same time after school starts, that is if we are still able to drive. Pattie is 92 and I am 90, we walk up stairs and avoid the lift. Ron

Unit 302 was everything we expected and more. It is updated with all the comforts of home. The owners are wonderful and respond immediately to any questions you have. The view is spectacular for watching sunsets. The property itself is very clean and the grounds are well maintained every day. The unit is well stocked and they even have beach umbrellas and chairs for you to use as well as fishing poles and boogie boards. We already brought our own beach items, but you don’t have to with this place. They also have large TV’s in both bedrooms and the living room. We would give this place more than 10 stars if we could.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful experience. The property was as nice, if not nicer than the pictures showed. The beach closet with boogie boards and skim boards was awesome and my boys (9yr old) had a blast playing in the ocean. The property was quiet and the area was a great location - we took a few day trips to other areas and this location was wonderful for that. We did remote schooling as well and worked with owner to get secure wifi and never had an issue getting knocked off while both boys did schoolwork. Would 100% go back.

The Southwind is perfect for any family; beach access & pool all combined! Unit #302 was spacious, clean, nice interior decor and the owner communicated very well during COVID-19! I'd absolutely rent this unit again!
