Welcome to this beautiful, updated villa in the second row from the water, surrounded by the picturesque beauty of Årsdale. This idyllic village offers a number of charming experiences. Every morning the smokehouse tempts you with freshly smoked herring, while a cozy local beach and the harbor invite you to take a refreshing dip. The breathtaking rocky coast stretches over 2.5 km and takes you on an unforgettable hike to Svaneke.



In the summer, Mikkeler Ølbar is a must with its good atmosphere, and there is plenty of opportunity to explore local gems such as the old mill, art galleries and a small, lively flea market in the town.



The spacious courtyard awaits with a gas grill and space for up to 10 people around the table. Inside you will find a bright and friendly home, newly renovated with a modern kitchen and a large living room, where a cozy wood-burning stove creates an inviting atmosphere. Three bedrooms upstairs provide comfortable accommodation, while a large guest room downstairs, equipped with a double bed and a single bed, acts as a practical annex with its own entrance and direct access to the house.



With two well-equipped bathrooms, one of which offers a refreshing shower, your comfort is ensured. A generous carport and parking space for several cars completes this beautiful home that invites you to explore the surrounding beauty and enjoy the many experiences that Årsdale has to offer.
