Wonderful home for 12-night stay

Perfectly situated apartment from which to explore Palermo, Recoleta, and more, in a beautiful and well-maintained building. Spacious home with lovely sunsets. Easy check in and check out - I was even able to arrive a bit earlier, just off my flight, which was truly appreciated. Thank you, I will be back!

Disheartening experience in Palermo

Large older apartment with one & a half bathrooms including a bidet. No rules and instruction information manual, as in other hosted establishments could be found. Stove, fridge & washer were good. Kitchen cooking amenities were in very sad condition, melted spatula and no T-fal coating inside cooking pot should be discarded with the burned aluminum pot as well. Dish drainboard had black mold. Microwave was dirty. The bathtub rubbermat hadn’t been cleaned for months growing slimy black mold and tiles had black mold. Shower curtain liner was saturated in black mold. I needed to soak and disinfectant these items prior to using. Drain hole on floor the cover not attached & very dirty. It was very off putting.Was not a 10/10 and “exceptional” as the place was advertised.

Hello, Eva. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I've never received this type of feedback in more than 2 years of renting out the apartment. It’s a shame you didn’t mention your impressions of the apartment at the time, as we could have resolved it if it was indeed dirty. As for the apartment rules, they are always clear, and I inform guests of them before check-in, as I did with you, and again at checkout. What happened is that you decided to check out suddenly, two days before your stay was supposed to end, without prior notice, so we had to improvise.
