Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
スタッフとのコミュニケーションは全く無く。部屋は使い勝手が悪く、当然、備えてるべき調理道具も無く、最低でした。 以前の宿泊客が灰皿として使った食器が平然と並んでいるのにはビックリ。 もう決してWonderful Italyの施設は使いません。
