great place with a magnificeny view overseeing Alcudia marina and close to the beach. 20 minutes walking distance to Alcudia old town. Spotless apartment with everything we needed. Host was very communicative. Thanks for having us! We will definitely come back to Majorca!

Nice apartment

All in one, the apartment was cosy, clean and modern. We had everything we needed for a week. The location is good, the beach is perfect for children, at only 5 min walking from the apartment. The area is full of good restaurants and markets and lots of attractions for the little ones.

PERFECT location

PERFECT location.. a close walk to lots of amazing eateries and local shops. Excellent Appartment with a lovely terrace over looking the port and marina. The AC works perfectly, the Appartment was very well equipped with great showers, seating area and dining area. Nice touches like a beach bag & hats. The host is amazing (probably the best we’ve had) and allowed us to check-out a little later which really made our stay perfect as we could use the day to further explore and then get our later flight. Be aware you have to pay for electric which is fine but not the norm (maybe I’m wrong?!) for all ABnB places, but it’s more than worth it for this excellent place. Thank you for a truly perfect stay in Alcudia.

The communication prior to and during our stay was speedy, kind and very forthcoming. Interacting with the Super hosts and the agency was really a pleasure. The flat was great, modern and in great condition, clean and with a very well equipped kitchen with all the gear you could imagine to use during a vacation. The location of the flat is great with a little distance to the most touristed areas, but within a very short walk to everything - supermarket, restaurants, beach etc.

Nice apartment. Quite close to all most restaurants, marina, beaches and shops!

Good clear and concise instructions via email&#47messaging as to where to locate the property and what the door keys were located. The rooms were a good size, kitchen had all the facilities including a coffee maker which we used a lot. (Good coffee too!) The living room&#47lounge has a good size table and plenty of seating. The balcony has an excellent view of the bay to the left. There are plenty of helpful items, including the washing machine which was used on the odd occasion. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and felt that it was very good value for money.

We had a nice time in Mariana & Marina’s apartment. Communication was very easy, responsive and super friendly. The location is exactly as described with a lot of great restaurants nearby. The beach can be reached within 5 minutes, it takes 15 minutes to reach a nice place to swim, though. The apartment itself was ok, but not in perfect shape. Once we had a neighbor from downstairs waking us up in the middle of the night because water was running from her ceiling. The next day the same thing happened to us. There was a lot of mould on the walls: not sure if it’s the toxic kind. One AC was leaking water when it was running and the ventilation in both bathroom did not work. Nothing major, but still some room for improvement.

Superfin lägenhet med otroligt läge precis vid hamnen med allt man behöver på några minuters avstånd restauranger, supermarkets, caféer och den fina stranden. Lägenheten var ren och fräsch och rymlig - perfekt för oss som reste fem vuxna. Smidig in- och utcheckning och enkel kontakt med värden. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Super schönes Apartment! Sehr tolle Lage , alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Abwicklung lief super und problemlos. Wir durften unser Check Out sogar noch hinten verschieben, da unser Flieger spät abends ging , sehr zuvorkommend. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec un logement agréable. il faudrait mettre un service de voiturier pour circuler dans l'île quand on n'a pas le permis et que l'on désire aller loin. Par contre récupérer un logement à 16h quand on arrive à 11h du matin c'est tard et aussi très long, il faudrait avoir un service comme dans les l'hôtels.

Fantastisk opphold! Leiligheten var helt nydelig – ren, og godt utstyrt. Beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre, med kort vei til både strand, butikker og restauranter. Det aller beste var vertskapet – som var veldig hyggelige fra start til slutt. Vi følte oss virkelig velkomne. Dette var et opphold vi gjerne skulle hatt lengre, og vi kommer definitivt tilbake. Anbefales på det varmeste!
