The building is located a few steps from Gran Vía, in an area that, without losing its traditional soul, has become one of the most cosmopolitan in the city. Here old taverns coexist with eccentric restaurants, boutiques and the most alternative and unique shops in the entire city. Living in the streets of Malasaña is perfect for those who want to live in a central and lively neighborhood.

Inside this cozy apartment, you will find a semi-open concept space, separated by a shelf that offers privacy, but at the same time allows light to pass through. This concept guarantees the comfort, functionality and integration of all rooms. Every detail has been taken care of by our team.

The apartment is located on the third floor with exterior orientation and has 64 square meters.

The living room has a three-seater sofa bed, an armchair and a 32” TV. It also has two side tables.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.

In the bedroom you will find a Queen size bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe with a full-length mirror. In addition, this apartment has a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.

Wonderful property and location

The perfect place to stay. Location was wonderful with everything you could ask for within walking distance or just a short walk to the metro.Check-in was incredibly easy and made the start to the trip an absolute breeze. Thank you for all of the help and the beautiful place to stay

Spacious and good location. For the price and VRBO standards this property did not hold up. Communication for checkin was not timely, but last minute and we had to wait at the apartment as no one met us messages. The person letting us in did not seem familiar with unit. There were no bathroom hand towels or face clothes, soap was hotel sample. Hot water ran cool after single shower. As for kitchen, only one kitchen towel was provided, no dish soap, salt, pepper and oil were restaurant samples. Coffee supplies did not match at of the coffee karts provided. We had to buy basic items and leave behind.

The apartment was not as described in the pictures. It was run down, the sofas were stained but most of all the bathroom was in a terrible state with mould, a leaking toilet and badly eroded/ damaged wall behind the toilet due to water damage.

Great Experience

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We happened to land on a day when Madrid had a blackout, which made communication with the host difficult because of the lack of internet. Despite that, they waited for us, let us check in late, and showed us where to get food while things resumed to normal. Excellent location walking distance to the Gran Via and all major shopping, two blocks from Zara and other stores. Close to the metro, which made it easy to get around, the neighborhood can be a little loud, but what major city isn't? My only complaint is that I would give them four stars if they had an amenities section, because the hot water runs out quickly, but I would still stay here again.

About the only thing positive was the location, the apartment is very worn down, cracked tiles everywhere and the furniture is dodgy. The shower is terrible, we had to fix it with some plastic so the water wouldn’t go everywhere. We stayed for 7 nights all they supplied was 2 rolls of sanitary paper, also they supplied dishwasher tablets but there is no dishwasher, they supply coffee pods but no coffee machine to match?? It’s probably a place you might stay 2 nights……Not recommended.

Buen precio, localización, seguridad y comodidad. Puntos a mejorar: Reparar la ducha, está suelta y se cae cuando abres el grifo. Lo reportamos y nunca lo arreglaron. El calentador de agua tiene muy poca capacidad y apenas alcanza para bañarse una sola persona. Luego hay que esperar varias horas para poder bañarse el próximo.
