Great stay in Santa Barbara!!

Chico was very welcoming even before we met him in person! The house was in a great location and walking distance to the ocean and local businesses. The neighborhood is very populated but was surprisingly quiet.I would recommend this property and this landlord all day.Tina & Steve

The owners lived next door and were very pleasant The living room is a bit dark and could use a small coffee table and a lamp. The main bedroom only had overhead lighting which is not great for reading in bed. The cottage is less than a mile to the beach and close to stores.

Small, but comformtable and clean, house in a very walkable neighborhood. Can walk to supermarket and pharmacy. Can also walk to the beach. Washing machine may be near the endow it's lifespan.

HAPPPY WITH GRANPA'S COTTAGE

We spent a lovely month in SB at "Grandpa's Cottage" near the beach and lovely parks. The owners live next door and are always available if you need anything. The house was stocked with paper goods and everything needed in a quiet dog friendly neighborhood.

Great stay in a great town

We had a great stay at Grandpa’s Cottage and would choose to stay again. Spotlessly clean (think eat-off-the-floor clean), comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, pretty garden, responsive host and excellent location make it tough to beat. Great value for Santa Barbara. Thanks Chico and Coco!

Great family stay

We had a great month here before we moved into our new home. The space is good for a family and so close to the beach. It’s a quiet family neighborhood. Chico took us on a limo ride through town, which was such a nice welcome to SB.

Darling bungalow near East Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Chico and Coco's cottage. Though compact, it contained all the essentials--well-equipped kitchen and dining room, outdoor grill and private laundry facilities. The fruit trees in the front yard were a definite bonus. Very reasonable priced. We would love to return some day.

Highly Recommend! Dog friendly cottage near the 101 and East Beach.

I rented the house for a month while in town for work. I had my 2 dogs with me and my family would visit on the weekends. It's in a family neighborhood that is quiet at night. Very easy to get to the 101 freeway. Close to Trader Joe's and other stores. 5 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Near east beach...I would go jogging there most mornings. There are 2 outdoor parking spots in the driveway (tandem parking). The host is very dog friendly and the home is easy to have dogs. There is tile flooring throughout and the yard is fenced. The home is well stocked with linens, soap, shampoo, paper towels, plates, pans, salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. and more... Comfortable beds and the place feels cozy. The host lives next door and is very friendly and professional. He is attentive and replied quickly whenever I messaged him. For example, one day the internet went out and he was there in 5 minutes.

I have worked at Westmont College, a private college in Montecito Ca. for 30 years as a Executive chef.
Coco and I currently own a taxi company, in addition to local properties in Santa Barbara.
We have two Vacation Rentals that we are offering for a 30 day minimum stay.

This is a Corner Property and is Near East Beach Santa Barbara Ca.
Our two girls loved it and it has a beautiful history.

Located in a safe working class Neighborhood where all people are Respectful and courteous.
Yes, they'll have party now then but they are nice families and end their parties at 10 pm.
