Located on the ground floor, it overlooks the internal courtyard. Suitable for 2/3 people. Very intimate and comfortable, with Salento "chianche" on the floor and vaulted stone ceilings left exposed. It has a kitchen with induction hob, living room with double sofa/bed and 39'' smart TV, room with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, bathroom with window and shower. Air conditioning and heating, hot water with solar panels and safe. For outdoor lunch, common area near the swimming pool. Private parking.
