Breathtaking Barn Conversion with Amazing Views

Hi, We're Tom and Karolina and we'd love to welcome you to our unique and family friendly home.

We built Polka Dot in 2019 as a place for our three children to grow up surrounded by serene Devon countryside.

The peace and views of Polka Dot are truly amazing and the spectacle continues into the night with the stars of our dark dark skies.

There's plenty for kids and adults alike with loads of play and entertaining space.

We also have some of the best pubs, restaurants and walks in Devon.

Relaxing stay at Polka Dot

This is one property which is simply stunning. It offers lots of space - we stayed there as a family group of 9 and it was very comfortable. The views from the house are incredible. The property also has facilities to charge an electric car!
