Very nice place, lanai was perfect for coffee every morning. Was clean and comfortable. Showers had very good water pressure. After the big storm did have a very large cane spider try to move in…. No complaints about anything otherwise.

Great location, but older unit in dire need of update

Great location, walking distance to beach and shopping. However, the unit itself badly needs to be repaired and updated. Issues include screen doors falling off, outlet boxes falling out of the walls, a (thankfully vacant) hornets nest on top the outdoor dryer, lamp shades literally held together with string, rotting floor trim by the bathroom... these are not hard things to fix!

Not thrilled

Property management company didn’t mention to us that the entire roof of the unit was under construction. We only found out because friends alerted us just a few days before we arrived. So we got to wake up to cranes and nail guns every morning. Then listen to them all day. Dishwasher didn’t work properly, neither did the microwave and I had to unplug the dryer and plug it into another outlet to get it to work. Just all in all a really average experience.

Quiet relaxing great location

Very quiet and relaxing place-Very easy to rent but felt the price was very high! All the management fees are extreme- and the place needs a little work too but all in all good experience! Fun to watch the golfers and the place does come with beach stuff and washer/ dryer so that was nice!

50th Birthdays

Great condo for a group of friends to celebrate several 50th birthdays! 3 bed/2bath condo lactated in the Grand Champions complex on the golf course in Wailea. Unit was well appointed, comfortable and had great views of the golf course. The unit has peekaboo water and sunset views. The only complaint is the small beds in one of the rooms which are not suitable for adults. The complex was nice as we were able to find other units nearby for our large group. There were decent pools with hot tub and communal BBQs(no BBQ at the unit). Host provided clear directions and was available to answer questions quickly. Great stay!

Nice location. Really close to shopping centers, groceries, golf and the beach. It’s a really good accommodation for the price.

Our family of six enjoyed the location and amenities of this property very much. The Lanai featured wonderful sunsets in Maui that were breathtaking. The grounds were always maintained and the kiddos enjoyed the pool. The condo was so well located to great shopping, food, entertainment, and beaches. We were so pleased!

Spacious unit with great view!

Spacious! Great master bathroom and overall decor. Cabinetry and some fixtures is a little shoddy though. Lots of chairs and boogies boards to borrow. Beach towels and snorkels were also available. Air conditioners in every room except I wish i knew they had timers on them. Timers make sense except when I have to get up every two hours to turn the kids’ room air back on! But overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Great view of sunset every night!

Fully stocked condo, quiet location, close to the beach

The Grand Champions unit was a nice surprise. First time renting in Maui and first time renting at this complex. We were pleasantly surprised with how well equipped the condo was. It had everything a house would need with the convenient addition of the beach equipment. Perfect location being an outside unit and no neighbors on one side or behind us. Very peaceful lanai to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drink over looking the golf course and ocean. 10 minutes walk to 4 different beaches and to the local market made this location ideal. The management company was very easy to work with and very quick to fix any issues. We had a shower head in the master bath that was malfunctioning. We called and within an hour the shower head was replaced and no issues after. Really good service. Only oddity was the a/c window units. They had 2hr timers on them which made it inconvenient when you wake up at night and it’s hot in your room because your 2 hr timer is up. I understand wanting to save energy and an electric bill, but that was an unusual feature. All in all I would rent this condo unit again, great unit, great location, already want to go back to Maui again.

Nice Location, place needs updating

Wailea is a beautiful area, and there is much to do. This condo is on the Wailea Blue golf course across the street from the beach. This condo needs updating. The carpets had stains, as did the bedspreads in the children's bedroom. The unit has window air conditioning units that operate on 2 hour timers, which makes the rooms get very hot while sleeping. And then takes a while to get cool when you get back from being out. The internet is spotty, and does not work very well.
