Beautiful apartment with community pool, a large terrace and sea views, located in a very quiet residential complex just a few steps from the beach of La Tejita and a shopping centre with all the services you may need. With a summery atmosphere all year round, two bedrooms, a nice terrace where you can have lunch and sunbathe, Smart TV and lift. With capacity for 4 people and 300mb Wifi fibre internet, it is perfect for a unique holiday in Tenerife.
This fantastic property with community pool is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has 300mb fibre Wifi Internet. Completely exterior and very bright, it is perfect for lovers of the coast and people who like hiking in an ideal environment. It has capacity for 4 people, two large exterior bedrooms with access to a balcony, the main one with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed, both with ceiling fan. With a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen open to the spacious living-dining room that has a 55" Smart TV, a comfortable sofa and access to the cosy and beautiful terrace of the flat, where you can relax and have lunch while contemplating the sea. It also has 300mb fibre Wifi Internet, ceiling fans, private parking, lift in the residential complex where it is located. With the beach just a few steps away from the property, in one of the most beautiful villages in Tenerife. In addition to being very well located, very close to the South airport and with a quick connection to the motorway.
The property has a fantastic terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, balcony, fridge, microwave, oven, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, Internet Wifi fibre at 300mb, ceiling fans, parking space.
The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.

Perfekte Terrasse
Schöne große Wohnung mit toller Terrasse. Sonnig bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Anlage ist ruhig, sauber und gepflegt.Ein paar Minuten zum Strand und wem es dort zu windig ist, kann eine angenehme Zeit am Pool verbringen. Ein kleiner, aber gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten entfernt.Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt zum zweiten mal und kommen gerne wieder.
