LUXURY SUNNY HOLIDAY HOME WITH PRIVATE POOL

This charming bright and sunny villa has been recently renovated to include a private heated pool,wifi , air con and satellite tv. Set in a attractive and quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday, yet with excellent facilities for the more active within easy walking distance. The Villa has various terraced areas with all day sunshine, top quality terrace furniture and sun loungers are provided together with a Weber BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. The Villa is very spacious with a large lounge, flat screen television, DVD player, WiFi, music centre with iPod dock. There are french doors leading from the lounge to a large, lovely sun terrace with the private heated swimming pool and also out over a attractive grassed terrace area. There is a fully fitted and extremely well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher , Nespresso machine and washing machine along with a dining area to seat 6 people. There are two bedrooms, both with twin beds which can easily be made into a double on request, one en suite bathroom and one family bathroom/shower room.
