Villa with private pool in beautiful nature - half an hour from Costa Brava

Can Rajola is a former farmhouse, now restored and converted to allow guests to enjoy the beauty of nature any time of the year. In front of the house, there is a very nice swimming pool with a size of 32 m2.

Just outside the front door to the house, there is a cosy terrace with table and chairs and shaded by the threes and palms in the garden. It is the perfect location for outside dining. Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of this farmhouse is the large garden surrounding it, with its different species of trees and shrubs, the results of some of the family members' botanical interest. By way of example, it contains an oak and a palm tree which are more than one hundred years old.

Set in this garden, and surrounded by trees, there is a barbecue and a fenced swimming pool, enjoyed by young and old alike, and also a tennis table. Close to the pool, a large nettle-tree tempts us to snooze under the shade of its leafy branches.
On the ground floor is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including a barbecue.
Beyond the kitchen is the living-dining room, whose large windows overlook the garden and swimming pool. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms with garden views and a fully-equipped bathroom with a washing machine From the living room, a staircase takes us to the first floor, with its three bedrooms and fully-equipped bathroom.

Just under the ground floor, and with its own independent entrance, is a large space with two bedrooms separated by a fully-equipped bathroom. In one is a double bed and in the other two singles. This area is ideal for a couple with two children.There has just been arranged new bedrooms and a sofa corner. This part of the house is very modern and it has a unique style.

The house is also the perfect point of departure to discover the Costa Brava region with Figueres, Girona, the volcanic area of Garroxa and of course the beaches of Costa Brava within a half and hour drive.
