Welcome to our beautiful vacation rental home, ideal for a group of 8 people. Enjoy your holiday in our cozy and modern home, equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The house features an impressive private pool where you can soak up the sun, cool off, and relax. The villa boasts sea views from the living room and terrace, perfect for enjoying a dinner with friends and family.
The house is equipped with high-speed wifi and air conditioning, so you can stay connected and cool at all times. You can enjoy your favorite movies on our flat-screen TV and spend a relaxing afternoon in the living room.
The house has 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two 90 cm trundle beds and storage space. The bedrooms are designed so you can enjoy a restful night's sleep after a day full of activities.
Additionally, the house is located in a quiet and safe area, perfect for enjoying a relaxing vacation. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need more information or wish to book your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our rental home.
This villa has free Wifi, air conditioning, ample outdoor areas, and is located near the beach, the Plaza de la Coveta Fumá with its bars and restaurants, the Tram stop that goes from Alicante to Denia, and the local supermarket, etc.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES AFTER 22:00 OR BEFORE 08:00 AM COST €30 EACH.
