Nestled on a short Canal to the St. Johns River, this high and dry home is perfect for a winter hideaway or summer vacation. The main house has two bedrooms 1 and 1/2 Bathrooms with washer and dryer inside.
The third bedroom is really cool as its an efficiency bedroom with bathroom in the boathouse. This home offers great dock space and a covered boat slip. The riverfront boast a firepit and seating, and on those buggy nights, you will relax comfortably in the spacious screened back porch.
