Attractive, Spacious & Modern 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath house with garden a short distance from Kingsbarns Golf Club. Comfortably sleeps 6 in three double bedrooms. Free parking for several cars.



2 mins walk to town centre, 5 mins drive to Kingsbarns Golf Club, 5 mins to the beach. 15 mins drive to St Andrews and The Old Course.



The property has it's own entrance on the ground floor and ample free parking directly outside to the rear.



The accommodation layouts are as follows:



Ground Floor - large lounge, kitchen with dining table. 1 shower room with toilet on this level. Access out to the rear garden via the kitchen French doors.



First Floor - 1 double bedroom with ensuite, 2 further bedrooms that can be doubles or twins. Large family bathroom with bath tub and shower.

Lovely Quiet Property with Great Facilities

Clean tidy property and good location for exploring. Great layout plus Parking Crockery and pans very limited for a family of 5/6 - definitely needs more. Washing line or indoor heated airer would also be very beneficial as no tumble dryer
