Really quirky, interesting property, ideally situated for all the great shops and eateries in Rye. Host was brilliant and provided all the information in an easily accessible format. Beds were comfy. Bathroom really clean. Nice outdoor area for warmer weather. Only downsides were that the main bedroom smelt of damp, the kettle could do with a descale, and the road noise made it tricky to sleep without interruption. Overall, we liked it and it had lots of mod cons including a juicing machine!

66 Fish is one of the best holiday homes we have used.

66 Fish is one of the best holiday homes we have used. The location virtually on High Street is superb. The level of equipment very good, every appliance we wanted was there. Beds were comfortable, living room had all we wanted, the TV was bigger than our own.Only 2 small niggles, traffic noise could be intrusive especially in the early morning and entry and egress from the parking somewhat stressful but heavily outweighed by the fact that there is parking.

We loved our stay.

We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and for us with children being opposite the playground as well as such a short walk into town was great. Rye is just a lovely place and with Camber Sands and other lovely places to explore nearby you can’t go wrong with the location. The main living space is really well equipped with loads of kitchen stuff, sharp knives, comfy sofas and a great selection of books and games. The beds are comfortable and shower is a good pressure. We’d definitely come back. Things to note from other reviews - The noise from the road wasn’t as bad as we’d thought it could be knowing the area and seeing other reviews. The garden could do with some TLC and the steps leading up got a little slippery in the rain so did need to hold onto my 3 year old going up and down but not enough of an issue to detract from the benefit of everything else. We’d definitely come back!
