Timberline Lodge 2302 - An impressive top floor residence which features mountain flare. The red and orange accents play nicely with the warm and beautiful wood tones and finishes through the residence. Featuring two bedroom and two bathrooms, this residence also offers vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplace in the living room and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, as well as a private balcony. All of the bathrooms are stocked with bath products and plush towels.

PARKING
1 parking space per condo, parking pass provided at check-in. No additional parking available and no trailers or RV's allowed per HOA.

As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, this lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 10 hot tubs and a sauna.

In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or anywhere within Steamboat City limits. Please contact us to see what other units we have available!

Great Stay

Very clean condo close to the slopes and town. The shuttles to and from the mountain and town were were on-time and efficient. Plenty of snow while skiing the week between Christmas end New Years

Nice location

Good location to mountain and easy access to downtown. Our first time skiing in Steamboat and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Only con would be that the unit was very dusty (artificial plants, drapes, lamps and TVs all had a layer of dust on them).

Great getaway

My wife and another couple joined us for a weekend in steamboat springs. The room was great and location was perfect distance to all the action, but quiet at the location. The room was clean and exactly as described. The amenities were in ok condition, but there was a lot to choose from. Would come back here again for future trips.

Lovely

Our stay was lovely. We enjoyed everything about this property and the management. We plan to stay at Trappeur’s again when we visit Steamboat next year. The place was very clean. The staff at the front desk was amazing. Our only drawback: in the master bedroom, we had no AC. Maintenance came our first night and he was very kind but said he wasn’t familiar with that type of system. So we did box fans and windows open. It was really warm and stuffy in there.

This was our first time in Steamboat Springs and we were pleased with the property and the condo. The furnishings were attractive and in good condition. The property seemed well maintained. We didn’t have children with us but it appeared to be a popular place for families.

Great apartament

Clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Condo is within walking distance to gondola though their shuttle service was excellent through out the whole week. Facilities are are well looked after and in good condition. Great stay.

Our New favorite place

Trappeur's Crossing Resort is our new favorite place to stay in Steamboat. We've stayed at several properties in Steamboat and this was our best experience by far. Pools and hot tubs are top notch and plentiful, shuttle service fantastic, the facilities/workout room were awesome. The staff was also extremely courteous and helpful (we ended up booking an extra night). The room itself was spacious, modern, and comfortable. Location relative to Ski resort and town is ideal. Looking forward to our next visit!

Check in was very simple with a very nice staff (and happy hour). The size of the unit was perfect for our family. The TVs in each room and the living room sound system were a very nice touch. The unit is furnished with nice furniture. The unit is very comfortable and looks great. Although we didn't really cook, the kitchen has all of the cookware and dishes needed and then some. The location is great making walking to gondola area easy. The shuttle service was very prompt. The pool/jacuzzi area was very nice and not crowed. A very good experience!

It was perfect for our long weekend in the Boat. A good amount of functional space, clean kitchen with all the necessities, comfortable beds and furniture. Good location with very frequent shuttles going to/from the gondola. We will be back!

January 2019 Stay

It was our first time in Steamboat. We had a great time. The weather was perfect, snowing a lot before we arrived and snowed almost the entire time here. This was the first time our son skied and ski school was great. The resort shuttle was excellent! Our room was excellent and as expected from online pictures. Everyone in Steamboat was very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend and we plan to return again.
