We offer a cosy flat for 4 people near the Lichtenberg train station. The flat consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Cleanliness is very important in this day and age! We work with a professional cleaning company and adhere to Airbnb's cleaning guidelines.

The small but very comfortably furnished Chesterfield living room offers a very special atmosphere. The lower mattress of the two bunk beds is 140 cm wide and the upper mattress is 90 cm wide. So you can decide for yourself whether you prefer to sleep next to each other or above each other.

NETFLIX is free for you to use via the button on the remote control, so you have a wide choice of films and series to watch in your own language.

Guests can use the entire flat. The keys can be taken from a key box, so that check-in is flexible in terms of time.

The flat is entirely at your disposal and you should feel at home there. However, if necessary, we are always available for our guests.

The flat is located near the Lichtenberg train station. There is a supermarket directly opposite.

Lichtenberg station is within walking distance. Free parking is available in the street.

It is very important to us that every booking goes through Airbnb.
There are always requests to book outside of Airbnb, but we want everything here to go through Airbnb.
