Even better than the listing shows!

We enjoyed a wonderful five night stay at Cobble cottage. The cottage is so fresh, clean, and beautifully decorated. New owners David and Emma have anticipated every comfort guests might enjoy, from crisp white cotton sheets to beautiful lighting, and an assortment of local maps and trip ideas. The cottage and countryside is even more lovely than the photographs show. We particularly enjoyed the following: the spectacular views from the picnic table and bench across from the cottage, walking the nearby meadows, long walks in Cardinham Woods, the birdbath outside the window, which was frequented by finches and even a pheasant, and the lovely chats with David and Emma, whose joy in their new business shone through the conversations. They give you your privacy, but are easy to reach if you need anything at all. We would like to return in the fall, when the foliage is changing. Highly recommended.
