Apartment located in the historic center of Venice in the Cannaregio district, less than 10 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. Magnificent view of the Grand Canal from the 3 huge living room windows, one of the most exclusive views in the entire city. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped independent kitchen, a double bedroom, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.
