The apartment consists of a living area with sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette, a mezzanine with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Two extra beds available upon request (sofa bed). Priceless view of the Grand Canal. Rates include bed linen and towels. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. Arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 may require a €50 supplement (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Beautiful location and our contact Stephano was just wonderful. It was Biennale and we paid a lot - the apartment was very basic for the price we paid. It's very sterile, the furnishings are just about OK.

Skip the expensive hotels by the crowded areas. This is a five star stay in the form of a VRBO. Super calm and quiet and is centrally located so accessing any part of the island is super easy. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Excellent view of canal. Some of the NYE fireworks were viewable from the window (most too low but were able to see some of the higher ones). Walkable to everything. Well supplied.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment right on the Grand Canal. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better, just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and with both gondolas and the vaporetto station right next to the house. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Venice!

The view is really the reason you stay here. It is incredible. The apartment itself is in a great neighborhood and has everything you need in it. Is very clean and has a hug bathroom. We stayed three nights. The rental agency was always available for questions. Cons: the upstairs bed is incredibly uncomfortable. If you are over 50 like we are you might not be able to move in the morning. Also you really want to leave the windows open when you are home during the day to take in the view but beware you will probably be eat up with mosquitos the next morning. We played Kill the mosquitos for about an hour each morning. Yes the boats outside the door can be loud, but we were prepared for this from other reviews and brought our sound machines which really helped.

Dear Karin, thank you for your review. A view of the Grand Canal is a rare privilege in Venice. Of course, there can be some noise since it's located in the city center. Unfortunately, Venice is plagued by mosquitoes in the spring and summer. We're sorry about the bed's comfort; the mattress was recently replaced. We'll check right away to see if there are any other issues.
