Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Beachy Gem is a cute 3 bedroom home located in family friendly Emerald II, in the heart of Crystal Beach near the Big Store, Waterslide and Crystal Beach Plaza for all your shopping needs. The beach is just a short golf cart or vehicle ride away. This home has many amenities to make your vacation memorable. The granite, stainless steel kitchen has everything you need for your vacation. This home is sure to be a hit for your family! There is WIFI for your use along with Smart TVs in the living room and 3 bedrooms so you can log in to your accounts and watch all your favorite shows! This home does allow 6 vehicles to park in their driveway. There is a 1/2 bath and shower located downstairs. Beachy Gem is pet friendly with a $200 non refundable pet fee.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty bar per bath
Trial shampoo/conditioner per full bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
