Enjoy a stress-free holiday with private off-road parking. Relax in the split-level garden, cooking up a storm on one of the two BBQ's (Kamado Joe) for alfresco dining. Inside, enjoy king-sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy log burner.

This cleverly renovated bungalow has ample of room for all the family and benefits from three double rooms and a twin with two bathrooms. The property is laid out across two floors with bifold patio doors onto an alfresco dining area and raised garden.

Guests will have access to 4 of the 5 bedrooms and the whole of the house and garden will be available for their exclusive use.

Great location and lovely property

We were really pleased with the Brackens, 4 adults and 4 x kids ages 9-6. It was much closure to the sea than we realised and the property was lovely throughout. We would stay again and recommend.

Perfect base for family holiday

We recently enjoyed a lovely stay at The Brackens with our family. The house is cosy and inviting, while having space for 3 generations to play and relax. The customer service from Curated Spaces was fantastic and we couldn’t fault the communication provided, both pre-arrival and during the week.

Wonderful weather helps. Location 10 min walk to sandy beach. 20 min walk to two nice eateries. Large garden and furniture made it special.

Nice to stay here in The Brackens

At first, we (parents with two adult kids) from Dortmund (Germany). We like to stay here in Great Britain. It's the third holiday here. The Brackens is nice and in good condition, the garden is nice, also for our three Bulldogs. We hope other people like The Brackens and leave this nice cottage in good conditions.

Four Generations

4 generations (plus the dogs) on a short break and it was a perfect place to stay. Short walk to a small beach to let the dogs have a swim in the sea. Easy access by car to all the local towns. House was clean and tidy with everything you needed. Thank you

Super house in a great location

Pictures do not do The Brakens justice. It's a spacious, comfortable, well equipped home away from home. Gardens are well maintained and large, with lots of comfortable outside seating. There is also ample parking. The House is on a quiet lane, and within 5 minutes you can walk to Seagrove beach. 15 minute walk to Seaview. We really can't fault The Brakens and will definitely return.
