This large cottage provides unrivalled holiday accommodation, within 5 min stroll from famous Trearddur Bay beach.
It is friendly for families with children , grandparents and pets.
The property boasts spacious 4 bed room, 2 bathroom renovated detached holiday cottage. It sleeps 10, great for shared holidays with friends and family also large open plan lounge dining area and new kitchen with island. To the front there is a lawned garden and the large driveway with parking for 4 to 5 cars on the drive. We also provide an electric car charging point.
The cottage has complimentary WIFI high speed fibre internet, so if you need to work here or just want to surf, socialize and stream, its all yours.
The modern granite kitchen with island is fully equipped has a double oven, 5 burner hob, combination microwave, large stainless steel fridge freezer with cool water dispenser, dishwasher and all the equipment and accessories for a fabulous dinner for 11.
(Please note that there is a driveway on the right side (the opposite side of your driveway) of Clydfan, which belongs to the bungalow at the back. This driveway passes through the side of the Clydfan but this does not affect your privacy. The premises are separated, gated and locked).
The whole home, large driveway accommodating 5 cars, back gated secure gardens with lawn, games room with pool and pingpong table equipped with attadched toilet, sink tap and work top, sofa, glass shelves, Wifi and Sky TV. Spacious patio decking houses 8 persons hot tub, Rattan dining set chairs and BBQ, storage shed for beach equipment, bikes and utensils.
The owner has dedicated house keeper team and maintenance team. If attention or questions are needed during your stay, owner will liaise with you and resolve to the best of ability. In the event of any urgencies, maintenance team will endeavour to resolve promptly within reason.
The First dog/ pet is free of charge. For second and third pets, addiontal charge £ 40 per dog is applicable. ( Cleaners charge this). Max 4 pets. Please keeps pets/ dogs strickly downstairs.

The property is in an excellent location which meant we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants which was nice. Hot tub was good and garden had lots of afternoon sun which was enjoyable to sit in. Living room and dining room together meant family could spend time together.
Not the best of starts...no contact before arrival with lockbox codes...after several texts and phone calls we finally managed to get in...once in it was lovely....great location in my favourite place on Anglesey...Treaddur bay...loved the hot tub..could off done with some bin liners for the bin and more toilet rolls....would recommend..

This is a well positioned property with some nice features. Hot tub was really great and probably the best shower we have ever had in a holiday rental! Plenty of off road parking.
Although the property can sleep a large group there are no washing or toilet facilities upstairs which could be something to consider. Kitchen is modern but compact. Downstairs bedrooms have what you need in the space available. Garden accessed by a flight of steps. Worth taking a torch! Our dog loved the bed provided.
We converted this beautiful family holiday home to a holiday let and our family still enjoy and maintain / manage by ourselves. Our children grew up with this holiday home, giving fabulous memories. We would like our guests to experience the same.
