2 Bedroom countryside cottage, 5minutes drive from Brancaster beach

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
On entry to the property, which is via the beautiful rear garden, is the good size kitchen and dining area, with butchers block kichen island, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker.

This cottage has 2 bedrooms and sofa bed in the lounge
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed.
Second bedroom, there are two single beds

One shower room on the first floor with double shower cubicle, wc and two hand wash basins.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The pretty harbour village of Brancaster Staithe is approximately two miles away, where you will find locally caught fish and shellfish at The Fish Shed, a supermarket, café, petrol station, retail outlets, seasonal pop-up shops and two pubs serving good food. The bustling Georgian village of Burnham Market is around three miles away.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property. No parking at the front of the property. Access to the rear parking is down narrow driveway. Most large SUV's will be able to access. Any questions please ask.
- Also note that the individual stair risers are slightly higher than normal
- 1 Dog allowed
