CHALET 70 m2 - 6 PERS - near MONT DORE/SUPER BESSE - 1000 m2 enclosed - WI-FI

In the Sancy massif, in a hamlet located at an altitude of 1000 m, our wooden chalet with an area of 70 m2 in the middle of a fully enclosed and planted garden of 1000 m2 can comfortably accommodate 6 people ( heating by electric radiators and possibility of using the wood stove with wood available). It comprises :
- an entrance (with storage for skis; ...)
- a first bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (and cupboards + an additional foldable single bed), a second bedroom with a double bed (and cupboards), a third bedroom with a double bed (and a baby bed + cupboards + office corner + baby chair). Each bedroom is equipped with duvets (220 X 240 for large beds and 140 X 200 for small beds) with 60 X 60 pillows (duvet and pillow covers not provided)
- a living room (2 sofas; 1 TV), an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher) with a table for 6 people, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a separate toilet
- a shed (for storing bikes, ...) including a garden furniture with parasol, a barbecue, sunbathing and a second 'summer' fridge.

The garden, with an area of 1000 m2, is fully enclosed and planted with trees which is ideal for children.

The chalet, located in the Sancy massif, is close to several alpine ski resorts: Chastreix-Sancy: 9 km, Le Mont Dore: 15 km, Super-Besse: 22 km
The nearest cross-country ski departure is located at La Stèle (commune of La Tour d'Auvergne) at 8 km
There are also many walks and bike rides.
