Excellent séjour

Très beau appartement beaucoup mieux que sur les photos. Calme, confortable, avec une très belle vue et tout le nécessaire y compris les bougies qui nous ont bien servi pendant la fameuse grande panne d’électricité en Espagne. C’est la deuxième fois que j’utilise Duquesa Estate, service toujours impeccable, très bonne communication et un rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Belle emplacement

Appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Pas trop loin des commodités même si il est préférable de prévoir un véhicule car ça grimpe pas mal. L'appartement possède tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Petit bémol, la présence d'un chantier de construction à côté, cela étant dit, les nuances sonores étaient loin d'être permanentes.

We stayed here for 9 nights in January and it was very lovely. It was just far enough out of town we heard no traffic noise but close enough to pop into town for groceries within minutes. The sea view was stunning along with the area itself. The apartment was spotless. What more can I say. Excellent.

Our stay at Coto Real Tasos 222

The place was very nicely laid out and furnished tastefully. There was plenty of dishes, cutlery, furnishings etc with little necessities to purchase. Also, we really enjoyed the big smart tv with apps which we were able to use. We were quite impressed by the level of security , i.e. gates and doors with keys. In addition we were impressed by the degree of cleanliness and evidence of workers cleaning in multiple places. The staff at the Duquesa office were very pleasant, accommodating and helpful . It would be nice to include an orange juicer in the list of items in the kitchen, but this is really because we love to buy oranges and have fresh juice . It is difficult to improve on a great place.

Wunderschönes Apartment

Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner, als auf den Bildern. Sie ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und in die Landschaft ist atemberaubend. Tolle überdachte Terrasse mit Sofa und herrlich viel Sonne. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig zu den Nachbarwohnungen und hat leider kein deutsches TV Programm, was im Sommer wahrscheinlich egal ist, aber an kühleren Abenden, die wir im Apartment verbracht haben, haben wir es schon vermisst. Wir würden es dennoch jederzeit wieder buchen. Preis/Leistung auch top.

El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos, no le falta detalle y con una terraza fantástica. El parking puesto que se accede con lectura de la matrícula y se complicó , y sería mejor con un mando
