The condo was well stocked with pots, pans, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. We were a party of 10 staying in the condo and it was great with plenty of room. However, the location was the absolute best part of this condo! It is so close to downtown and the ski lifts! I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.
Host was very responsive and accommodating! Condo was perfect for the family. Living room seating was a little tight if you have more than 5 but great for us. Hot water with multiple people showering! TVās in all rooms for a little down time. Will definitely book again!
We had stayed at this location last year and loved the place. The location is ideal. The unit was clean and generally well kept. However, the management company was not very responsive. It was small things. No soap or shampoo in some of the bathrooms. Garbage can lid was broken. Not a bad experience, but could have been better.
We had a girls weekend without the kids. It was a quiet and clean. Would recommend to any large groups wanting a welcoming space with enough beds and rooms.
This was a great ski vacation for my family of six. Bedrooms were wonderful and loved that we could ski in right to the elevator, and the bus stop to get to the lifts is right by the condo. Short walk to town to go shopping. Great location!
We only stayed one night on our way to Buena Vista but this was the perfect spot to stop and explore downtown Breckenridge. The check-in process went smoothly and the space was clean and roomy. It had a cozy, cabin feel with plenty of space to spread out. We went to the downtown area a few times and the walk was short and easy.
Location couldn't be better. Ski in, shuttle out, with shuttle being very close. Also one block from Main St which made it an easy walk. Property was as depicted in photos and descriptions. We were a group of 6 adults and would definitely stay here again.
This ski in was such fun! We had a short delightful walk through down for dinner and drinks and we practically skied into the elevator after our ski day! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable; kitchen was well equipped for baking and the LR was cozy and comfortable for games and a some TV down-time.
Well appointed and cozy condo. We all loved the homey cabin feel. The location could not have been better. We could finish our days on the slopes literally skiing and we were right in town we were able
to walk to all the restaurants. I highly recommend this place.
The condo is very nice and easily accommodated our group. It is also extremely well located as it is only one block for the shops, restaurants, etc. on Main Street and is directly adjacent to a bus stop that provides access to the base camps in Breck. The fact that you can ski-in to the community is also a big plus. The hosts were also a pleasure to deal with. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider renting this property again.
We loved the location of this property. It was perfect walking distance to main street. We had 10 people in our party so we noticed not everyone can fit in the living room some of us had to sit at the kitchen table while we hung out. Overall the place was wonderful. Definitely a perfect place to stay if your gonna spend the day on the slopes and not much time in the condo. Would Definitely book it again ,but maybe with not 10 people more like 6 .
We couldnāt have asked for a better place to stay! This apartment is in an unbeatable locationājust steps away from everything we wanted to explore. We were able to walk everywhere, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and convenient.The apartment itself is spacious, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. It was the perfect layout for us, with a designated area for parents and kids, allowing everyone to have their own space while still being together.We also had the grandparents with us, and the elevator was an absolute lifesaver, making it easy for them to move around comfortably.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. We canāt wait to come back!
Friends and family of 8 came to Breckenridge to celebrate my sons 21st bday. We were all able to stay in this one townhome. It was comfortable, accommodating and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We had a fabulous trip! The home was a ski in and we would jump on a bus right out front of townhome and ride a couple of blocks to get on ski lift. The home was also located in walking distance to shopping, restaurants etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sawmill 312. The condo has been renovated and laid out SO well for a family! The upstairs can easily and comfortably sleep 4-5 kiddos. Ours loved their own ākid spaceā, and that there is a 3/4 bath upstairs was ah-mazing! The main level has 2 large en-suite bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and family room. The attention to detail with the plug ins, the light switches, accessibility of just everything you could imagine, is fantastic! We stayed here with our 78 yo grandmother and she was able to walk to town, walk to the gondola, enjoy the coffee shops and shopping. You really canāt go wrong!
