This is a perfect retreat for a small family or three couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is plenty of parking, a large deck overlooking the water, a dock down by the lake and a screened gazebo to enjoy summer nights without the bugs. A true Canadian adventure only 3.5hrs from Toronto and 2.5 from Ottawa.

Amazing Cottage Stay

This is a real cottage! Charming and rustic, private, peaceful, and on an amazing lake. The kitchen was fully stocked, and large. The living room comfortably appointed and clean, and the beds comfortable! The air conditioner works like a son-of-a-gun, and when the humidity broke it was a pleasure to throw open all of the screened windows and enjoy the cool cross breezes off the lake! The lake is warm and deep and clear. Great for fishing and swimming, not too busy with boats. The fire pit was an amazing way to relax at the end of the day, followed by stargazing on the dock, while listening to the loons calling to each other! This place checked all our boxes and more. We were so sad to leave, and hope we have another opportunity visit!
