It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, firepit, horseshoe pit (with separate lighting) and dock. View of the lake from the living room/kitchen. Large private property (2 acres). Gazebo is great for reading, BBQ and family meals. Lake is swim-friendly. Brand new 30ft dock installed. Paddle Board and Canoe on site. Close to a local bakery, small local grocery store, LCBO, restaurant, and large park and play structure.
