This lovely three-room apartment a short walk from Termini Station has a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a single sofa bed, a semi-dining kitchen complete with every amenity, and a bathroom with a shower stall equipped with all sanitary facilities.

The space

Living room and kitchen

The flat plays on shades of white, light blue and blue. The minimalist living room has a large sofa bed placed next to an armchair and opposite the TV cabinet. Going out, you find the kitchen, very bright, with the dining counter on the left wall and, on the right, the hob with attached appliances.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

The simply furnished double bedroom has a large arched window that lends brightness to the room; it has no wardrobes that clutter it but rather modern clothes stands. The other room has two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, two bedside tables, and a third bed that can be made from the armchair. Finally, the bathroom is complete with all sanitary facilities and a large shower, as well as a large mirror positioned above the washbasin that optically gives depth to the room.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



1. SELF CHECK-IN: FREE

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



RULES TO BE OBSERVED

-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
