Perfect apartment for a four day stay in the heart of Rome. A variety of quality restaurants close by. Walking distance to the historic sites in Rome.We were met at the apartment by the agent who explained all the features.Includes a washing machine which is essential for longer term travellers and an elevator.Fully equipped kitchen if you need it.Very comfortable, clean and well located apartment.
A very attractive, well-maintained apartment with elevator and friendly doorman, in a safe and centrally-located but quiet neighborhood, very close to Borghese Gardens and public transportation. Large and well-equipped kitchen which we often used for cooking breakfasts and dinners , comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with lots of hot water. Marco and Donatella were very helpful and always available. We were very comfortable here and feel fortunate to found this apartment. Perfect for 2-3 people.
We rented this apartment at the last minute so we were lucky to find it. The owner and her team were very friendly and attentive to our needs. It has been recently renovated with all new appliances. We enjoyed our stay there. We would stay there again.
The hosts were very responsive and the property was very clean and lovely.
The building is very secure as well, which was much appreciated.
Location wise, it’s not ‘3 steps from Spanish steps’ as the name suggests- more like a 10-15min. But the area has plenty of restaurants and stores around it.
Overall, would certainly stay here again.
Beautiful, clean and new apartment! Great location, 1 block from The American Embassy. Great restaurants near the apartment, our favorite was “La Bruschetta” the people were very friendly and the food was great! Our favorite gelateria was also near the apartment “Exelsior Gelateria” the apartment is located within walking minutes from the Spanish Steps but not in a busy touristy neighborhood. The owner Marco was amazing. I locked myself out of the apartment and he came quickly to save me. lol I absolutely loved the apartment, the neighborhood and the owners definitely made this trip a great one. Marco always responded right away when we have questions. He also set up our transportation to and from the airport. It was great! Also, supermarket within walking distance.
This is a wonderful apartment in a perfect location: safe, cafes, banks, quiet, grocery store, park, easy access to public transportation, not just Metro but buses as well. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator and has windows facing the street. Beds are comfortable, showers great, nicely equipped kitchen. The photos are accurate. Comfortable furniture. Donatella is most accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. The drivers she arranged were prompt. Although the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people with the sleeper couch, I think it might get a bit crowded. For 2 or 3 people, the size and layout of the apartment is perfect. We have rented various apartments in France, Italy and Spain over the past 12-14 years and rank this one at the top!
Place was great. Good location in an upscale neighborhood with lots of good spots to eat around. Only complaint is that they only offered one set of keys for the 5 people staying there and it is not an easy place to get in and out of without them. Would highly recommend though.
Such a beautiful, clean, quiet, and convenient place. Its furnished with the most beautiful antiques, but also has the modern things you need like a washer, dishwasher, and elevator. The bed was SOOOOO comfortable, with great pillows and bedding. The water pressure isn't great, even more so if 2 people try to shower at once. Same for the hot water. It would also be nice if there was somewhere to put your shower items other than the floor. But other than that its a perfect place the stay. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close enough to all the touristy spots. The only thing I would say is that all the nearby restaurants are really just for tourists. (Even those recommended by the hosts.) But there is a grocery store nearby and you can find great things at the markets.
