Bright newly refurbished MODERN apt on top floor in Georgian building with HI SPEED WIFI & TV. SUPERB Location just off O'Connell st all city centre attractions on your doorstep 10 mins walk to Temple Bar, 15 mins to Trinity College and Grafton Street. Easily sleeps 4 with double bedroom and living room with large double sofabed, FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen (FRIDGE, OVEN, HOBTOP, MICROWAVE KETTLE TOASTER ETC) with dining table & 4 chairs and bathroom Family friendly, we have a travel cot and high chair please request when booking.
The Space:
we are on the top floor (3rd floor) of a Georgian building just off OConnell street we don't have a lift
Guests may use the communal shared laundry facilities in the back washing machine and tumble driers are free
please note this building has 10 apartments and as such guests need to respect the other residents in the building
Quiet time after 8 pm and NO SMOKING in the apartment or the common areas (to include the backyard)
