The Neighborhood:

Solva Harbour

Just a 2-minute walk from the cottage, there is always something to watch in this lovely harbour. It's the perfect spot for open water swimming, crabbing, jumping off the quay, paddleboarding, fishing, kayaking and much more. There's even a small beach that appears as the tide drops.

Enjoy access to the coast path in both directions taking you to stunning local beaches and local areas of interest, including St Davids. Alternatively, take the footpaths inland for woodland walks and stunning countryside views.

Solva Village

The long main street is full of pubs, cafes and shops. The Cambrian, Mamgu's and Cafe 35 are favourite places to eat. Enjoy a drink watching the boats from the Harbour Inn. Local crab and produce can all be purchased in the village, and Bay View stores have everything you need to stock up. Please take a look through our welcome guide for more recommendations.

Solva Stay

Cottage was good, welcome pack very much appreciated. Location was excellent. Very disappointed with the state of the garden, we had been notified it was a 'little overgrown' due to sourcing a gardener. However we could not use any of the outside garden or the bench to sit out and enjoy a drink or a meal. For the price we paid we would have expected everything to be of the highest standards.
