Luxury, Modern & Tranquil Villa close to Jávea and Moraira

Embrace luxury living in our beautiful modern 4-bedroom villa in Javea (near Java golf course) featuring 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms, a contemporary kitchen, and a large shaded naya, perfect for leisurely lunches under the Mediterranean sun.

Dive into the large pool (10x5m) and unwind at the bar area. Entertainment aplenty for all ages in our air conditioned games room equipped with 65" Smart TV, Sony PS4, and UK TV. Stay active with our keep fit facilities and table tennis table

The 4th bedroom is part of the villa on the ground floor by the pool and is only accessible from it own entrance so is very private. This has been especially popular with our guests who have grandparents who might like the privacy and quiet of this option. All the bedrooms have modern air-conditioning units.

Javea and Moraira are very close by and are real jewels in the Costa Del Sol area. We have a lot of knowledge since we've been visiting for many years and can help you plan a trip with everything from wine tasting to coastal walks. We know a variety of great restaurants from Michelin starred to beach bars.

PS There's been severe water shortages in Spain due to the lack of rain - luckily we are supplied by Amjasa water that use de-salinated sea water so we are under no restrictions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Contact with the host before we arrived was excellent - we were well Informed and up to speed before we entered the villa. ! The villa itself was outstanding - immaculately clean, really well stocked and beautifully furnished. The host was also very generous with the consumable items left for our use, as well as a great selection of toys and play things left out for us when the host knew we had small children in the party.We enjoyed everything about the villa and the stay and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Family Villa

We booked the villa for our family of 5 and 2 grandparents. There is a completely separate bedroom downstairs (overlooking the pool) and it was perfect for the grandparents so they could escape for a bit. In the first couple of days there were a few hiccups which sometimes can’t be helped. What you want / need is for them to be rectified quickly and the hosts were really excellent in this respect. It felt they genuinely wanted the stay to be enjoyable. The decor and fixtures of the villa were all high end and it’s not really missing anything. Location wise was spot on for us. It’s quiet enough to relax but 10 mins to Moraira and Javea and 30 mins to Denia. If we came back to the area it’s a villa we’d love to stay at again.
