Our stay at Alessandros property was simply perfect. We were a big family (8 adults and 4 small children) and there was enough space for us to be in the house. Location is top (5min walking to the beach) and very close to the city/village (5min by car, easily managable also by foot) for e.g. restaurant visits and/or souvenir shopping. We can highly recommend this accomodation!

Good host and location

The property was clean and well located but not as described it had only 2 bathrooms not 3. The description says 4 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms was a walk through with no door or privacy.

Great little home in marvelous location

Nice little house with well-groomed garden in a very quiet living area. Beautiful beach is close, 10 min walking distance. Great MTB trails can be reached directly from the house w/o the need of shuttling the bikes around. Alessandro, our host, is very friendly and helped us around with recommendations throughout our stay. Bicycles (3) are available for cruising the wide and gorgeous beach promenade of Castiglione and reach into the city. We stayed in the house with 9 people, which is possible but cosy.

Dolce Vita Feeling

As a group of four friends we spent a week in the beautiful accommodation. Everyone had enough space for themselves and it was wonderful to sit outside on the beautiful terrace under the pine trees in the evening. The accommodation offers everything you need and the location is just perfect. It is in a very quiet and peaceful area, but you can reach the beach in 5 minutes and can be in the nearby town in 20 minutes on foot or a few minutes by car where you also have shopping facilities. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful host with whom we were able to communicate despite the language barrier. He recommended a pizzaria to us where we ate the best pizza of our lives. Alte Unterkunft und muffiger Keller

Im muffigen Keller werden 3 Schlafplätzen angeboten.Für uns waren insbesondere Betten und Wäsche zu schmuddelig. Kommunikation Vermieter schwierig und nur italienisch und war grad beleidigt bei Ansprache. Wohnung hat nur 1 Dusche - steinalt - mit defektem Schlauch. Elektrizität Installationen - grosses Fragezeichen? Tischdecke aussen kaputt. Liegestühle steinalt - Aussendusche - Grillrost/Grill - wir haben alles nicht benutzt, da einfach alles abgwetzt oder schmuddlig war. Das Dorf und die Lage super schön. Schade, dass kein Cent der Miete in den Unterhalt der Wohnung gesteckt wird. Die Gegend gerne wieder - diese ungemütliche Wohnung sicher nicht mehr.

Il Sig Rolf Hubman astutamente prenota 5 mesi prima la mia villa per solo 2 persone e al momento del suo arrivo prenota la biancheria per 5 persone ma al check-in non la fa franca e oltre alla biancheria è costretto malgrado la sua avidità a pagarmi anche il supplemento della quinta persona.Dopo circa un'ora mi fa sapere che vuole cambiare la biancheria perché non pulita ma le Signore delle pulizie lo convincevano che le lenzuola non erano sporche in quanto precedente lavate, solo alcuni cuscini da letto smontati da Rolf togliendo le federe e rivestimenti presentavano un leggero ingiallimento e venivano sostituiti. In questa scena notavo i suoi tre figli minori con le lacrime agli occhi probabilmente abituati al comportamento di sceneggiate che era solito fare il loro padre durante le vacanze Il Signor Rolf scrive recensioni false:In realtà la villa ha due doccie di cui una al pian terreno rivestita con ceramica e l'altra all'esterno contenuta in box doccia con parete in ceramica. La taverna si presenta imbiancata e non ammuffita come si può evincere dalle foto. L'impianto elettrico completamente restaurato e a norma con tanto di certificazione di conformità Le sdraie da Mare nuove . Il Sig. Rolf abbandonava il suo cane nel giardino abbaiando tutto il giorno arrecando disturbo e causando danni . Rolf per evitare del check-out perché consapevole dei danni arrecati dal suo cane preferiva andarsene alle ore 4 del mattino e non attendermi come da regolamento.

Vacanza all'insegna del relax

Ho trascorso la prima settimana di settembre con la mia famiglia in questa casa. Siamo stati benissimo. Casa dotata di tutti i comfort, ma il vero valore aggiunto è il giardino, immerso nell'ombra dei pini marittimi e dotato di un patio in cui abbiamo sempre consumato le nostre cene. Molto comoda al mare, pochi minuti a piedi e a poco più di un km dalla bella Castiglione della Pescaia, peraltro raggiungibile anche in bici, tre sono in dotazione, attraverso la pista ciclabile. Meditiamo di tornare per un soggiorno più lungo anche l'anno prossimo.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Problemloses Check-In und Check-Out, überhaupt problemloser Kontakt mit Alessandro. Betten sehr gut. Ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Parkplatz vorhanden. Internet sehr gut. Untergeschoss war perfekt für unsere 3 Kinder. 1 Doppelzimmer und ein Bett in einer "Nische" im Durchgang zum Doppelzimmer mit Vorhang abgetrennt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Schöner Urlaub

sehr schön gelegenes Reihenhaus mit schönem Garten. Der Garten ist durch eine Hecke geschützt, was eine optimale Privatsphäre bietet. Das Haus hat grundsätzlich alles zu bieten, was mas man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Strand ist zu Fuss erreichbar (ca. 3 Minuten). Die schöne Stadt kann in knapp 20 Minuten erreicht werden (schöner Spatziergang). Zudem ist die Gegend toll für für Wanderausflüge. Einziger etwas negativer Punkt: Der Nachbar hat einen Hund der gerne bellt :) Der Vermieter ist sehr fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Einfach nur toll. Danke Alessandro. Wir kommen wieder :)

Familienferien in der Toscana

Die Villa von Alessandero liegt sehr ideal in der wunderbaren Landschaft der Maremma. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 min. zu Fuss, wo es auch im Oktober noch eine Strandbar (Riva del Sole) gibt. Das Haus liegt schattig unter alten, schönen Pinien was in der heissen Jahreszeit sicher ein grosser Vorteil ist. Der Garten ist toll für Kinder zum spielen, Strandtücher trocknen, Hängematte spannen und geniessen. Im Haus war genug Platz für uns (Familie, 4 Pers.), es gibt noch mehr Schlafzimmer, welche im Untergeschoss sind und die wir nicht benutzten. Alessandro ist ein Top Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch rasch vor Ort falls nötig. Der Strand ist sehr schön und weit und wir hatten es auch sehr ruhig (Oktober) Die weitere Umgebung lädt zu Wanderungen, Biketouren und Stadtbummeln ein. Für uns eine gelungene und sehr entspannende Verlängerung des Sommers. Danke nochmals an Alessandro und seine liebe Frau.

Tolle & saubere Villa mit großem Garten in top Lage, nur 5 min. zum Strand

Sehr schön gelegene, komplett eingerichtet und nutzbar für bis zu acht Personen. Insgesamt gibt es sieben Betten und eine Schlafcouch. Eben erdig zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und im Souterrain drei Einzelbetten. Das Bad befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, im Souterrain eine Toilette und es gibt sogar eine Außen Dusche, was wir sehr genossen haben! Das ist wirktest top für Familien, da ein großer Garten da ist wo sich die Kids austoben können und in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand angelangt. Der Vermieter Alessandro ist total nett, kümmert sich um alles und ist super hilfsbereit! Egal was ist, Er ist sofort da, da er nur maximal 5 Minuten vom Objekt entfernt wohnt. Alles in allem waren es sehr schöne zwei Wochen die wir dort verbracht haben und wir können dies nur weiter empfehlen!

Schattiger Garten, für Hunde geeignet

Das Haus liegt herrlich unter Pinien und man kann es im Garten gut aushalten. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und auch die Umgebung für Hunde geeignet. Allerdings sind entsprechende einige Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Der Vermieter Alessandro ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Falls man das Haus in einem Nebengässchen der Via Belini nicht findet holt er einen auch in der Nähe ab.

Tutto ottimo

Wir haben unseren Urlaub, mit unserem Hund sehr genossen. Lage optimal, in Strandnähe, schattig, in der Nähe von Restaurants und 2 km vom Zentrum. Erstaunt hat mich, wie sehr gut die Küche bestückt war, es war komplett alles vorhanden und die Geräte, wie Eis und Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine und so weiter hochwertig. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden, so, als ob gerade alles neu bestückt worden wäre. Der Vermieter Alessandro war auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles in allem top und unbedingt weiter empfehlenswert. Eravamo lì in ferie con il nostro cane, la zona è ottima vicino a spiagie, ristoranti, 2 km dal centro, poi una posizione ben ombreggiata con giardino grandissimo. Ero sorpresa quanto ben allestita è la cucina. C’era davvero tutto! Poi gli apparecchi come bollitore, freezer, frigorifero, lavastoviglie eccetera funzionavano DOC. In più era tutto pulitissimo, tanto sembrava fosse nuovo. Il proprietario Alessandro era molto disponibile e cortese. Il tutto una vacanza rilassante ed eccellente e la casa feriale del tutto raccomandabile con ottimi voti.

Urlaub 2019 7. Sept. - 18. Sept. 2 Pers 1 Hund

Alessandro ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank und großem Gasherd. Das Grundstück liegt unter Pinienbäumen und ist daher bei großer Hitze sehr angenehm. Ein Restaurant liegt einige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Min. Zum Hundestrand nach Rocchette sind es ca. 15 Min. Castiglione ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen, besonders am Abend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, nahe am Meer

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön ruhig und der Strand ist in fünf Minuten über einen schattigen Weg erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und uns hat vor allem der wunderbar schattige Garten sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Grazie Alessandro per le raccomandazioni del ristorante! Abbiamo mangiato molto bene a La Fortezza!

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaften ruhigem Garten in zentraler Lage

Wir waren 2 Wochen Mitte August. 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern (7,4 und 2) samt Großeltern und Onkeln. Alessandro war ausgesprochen freundlich und verlässlich. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Temperatur im Haus angenehm - unten natürlich kühler. Es störte überhaupt nicht, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Richtige Zimmer sind es 3. Das "4." ist ein Durchgangsbereich unten vor dem anderem Zimmer - für die Kinder war das natürlich passend. Der Garten ist absolut traumhaft!! Sehr gepflegt und trotz heißer Temperaturen stets angenehm - der richtige Mix zwischen Sonne und Schatten; und es ist ausgesprochen ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage. Die Außendusche war der Hit - warmes Wasser, nicht einsehbar. Dadurch war es nicht störend, dass das zweite Bad unten keine Dusche hat. Der Sand blieb draußen:-) Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß genau 5 Minuten - der Weg ist durchgehend schattig - das war zur Mittagszeit natürlich ideal für die Kinder. Es waren wunderbare Ferien!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Alessandro le prime due settimane di agosto 2018: la casa è comoda e decisamente vicina al mare ma il vero valore aggiunto è dato da questo giardino meraviglioso, curatissimo e molto silenzioso in cui vi è assoluta privacy. L’abitazione ha a disposizione un parcheggio, molto utile, specialmente nei weekend ed è vicina ad alcuni sevizi quali: ristoranti, negozi per fare la spesa quotidiana e para farmacia. Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Lage. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer.

Gut gelegen, 5 Minuten zum Meer. Es sind effektiv aber nur 3 Schlafzimmer, dass 4. Ist nur durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt. Schöner großer Garten. Küche gut ausgestattet. Ist zu empfehlen.
